Is a cosy old building 2 room flat, 50 m² in size, quiet location, close to the centre. It is well equipped with the conveniences of daily needs and furnished in the style of a self-catering flat. The bedroom is furnished with a chest of drawers, a queen-size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. The separate kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, Senseo pod machine and is equipped with crockery, pots and pans, glasses and cutlery. The daylight bathroom has a bathtub, WC and washbasin. Internet via WLAN is available.
An initial supply of tea towels, hand towels and bed linen is provided.

Our house is located in the historic part of Bruchsal, in Augartenstraße, very close to the pedestrian zone. Through the Saalbachweg you have the possibility to get to the city centre in a relaxed way and without a lot of traffic. You are in about 10 minutes walk in the pedestrian zone with small shops, restaurants or in the supermarket. The vineyards and orchards are about a 15-minute walk away. The nearest bus stop is right on the street corner just 3 houses away.
